Welcome to the TSO Vision Plan, a membership plan designed to add the bonus of preventive eye care to your current health care plan.

The TSO Vision Plan provides you and qualifying members 20% off professional fees and 25% off the cost of prescription eyewear.

There are no claims to file, no annual minimums or deductibles, and no restrictions on providers. Best of all there are no monthly or annual premiums to pay!

How do I use my Plan?

To use your plan, simply call a TSO office near you and schedule an appointment. Be sure and take your membership card and a valid driver’s license for identification purposes with you to your appointment.

When you have had your eyes examined and selected your new prescription eyewear, you will automatically be given a discount of 20% off the doctor’s fee and 25% off your new prescription eyewear.* It’s that simple, no forms to complete, deductibles to meet or premiums to pay. If you should change employers, simply continue to use your TSO Vision Plan membership for as long as you like. There are no restrictions on the enrollment period or term of coverage.

Who will be my Doctor?

Texas State Optical has been providing eye care for families in the Texas area for over 68 years. Today, there are experienced, TSO Doctors of Optometry located throughout Texas. If at some point in the future you move to a different part of town and want to change doctors, your Vision Plan benefits will move with you to a new participating TSO Doctor.
